Residents living in Mendocino County not eligible for FEMA assistance but affected by this past winter’s storms can now apply for direct assistance from Vision Family Center, part of North Coast Opportunities. The funding in partnership with Catholic Charities Santa Rosa is intended to help with housing, food, wages, and transportation costs incurred during the storms.
