Lake County Board of Supers Discusses Plan for Shelters

The Lake County Board of Supervisors has agreed there is a need for a plan concerning warming and cooling shelters in the county. Supervisor Bruno Sabatino said there is no current plan and Terre Logsdon from the Risk Reduction Authority added that he has gathered a number of local agencies and groups to discuss a community resilience planning grant which would allow the county to handle those contingencies.
