The Clearlake Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing 11-year-old boy. Payton Parris is a white male juvenile, 4 feet 5 inches tall and 100 pounds. He has short red hair and brown eyes. Police do not have a description of the clothing he was last seen wearing. Anyone with information regarding Payton’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Clearlake Police Department.
