A new judge was been assigned and now a Lakeport man arrested for a hit and run earlier in the year made an appearance in court for a master calendar call hearing. Al Scott
James appeared in court on his own, and his case has been assigned to a different judge. The case is scheduled to be presented to a jury sometime today.
