The community has deadlines in August to submit public comment on two aspects of the Potter Valley Project. One involves a request for a flow variance, which has a deadline of the 4th and the other is PG&E’s request to transfer its non-nuclear generating assets to a subsidiary company, which would include hydroelectric projects, some of which are running unlicensed, which expires on the 12th.
