Ukiah will hold a special public meeting today at 3 to discuss the latest budget and the city’s Five Year Capital Improvement Plan. TheDailyJournal reports parks in the five-year plan will be addressed, including maintenance of existing parks and creation of new ones. Grant funding for some of those projects will also be discussed.
