A woman who stabbed a Lakeport man to death has been arrested. The Lake County Sheriff’s office responded to a call on Tuesday of a man stabbed. Deputies arrived to find Christopher Aaron Burrows and began life-saving measures until EMS arrived. Burrows was pronounced dead at the scene. After some investigation, Melinda Fred was located, questioned, and arrested for Burrows’ murder. She was booked into the Lake County Jail.
