At the meeting of the Ukiah Unified School District Board of Trustees late lastweek, the board announced it has authorized the potential purchase of the former Redwood Valley Elementary School property by the Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation. Ukiah and the RCHDC will have 90 days to negotiate terms of the sale. If no terms are reached, the property then will be listed for sale to the public.
