A stabbing on Tuesday at Fort Bragg’s Noyo Harbor was the result of a family dispute. Jack Lemay attempted to contact his estranged wife at her residence when family members intervened to try and discourage him. Family members followed Lemay away from her residence, and stopped in a parking lot, a fight began and Lemay was stabbed by a 22-year-old male family member in self-defense. Lemay was transported to a local hospital and then flown to an out-of-county hospital for further treatment. Lemay faces charges for criminal threats, felony domestic violence battery, battery, and felony probation violation.
