Late yesterday, advancing winter weather and high winds caused PG&E to report power outages in Caspar, Mendocino, Little River, Philo, Boonville, Yorkville and Fort Bragg. PG&E has been working on restoration, more power outages can be expected due to high winds in the area. Resident are advised to be prepared.
