The Lakeport City Council meets tomorrow eveing and will discuss the formation the Lake County Recreation Agency. The Clearlake City Council last week approved the cooperative effort and the Lake County Board of Supervisors is expected to consider the subject at its next meeting. The City Attorney is also expected to give a presentation on best practices and ethics regulations.
