The Lake County Chapter of the NAACP has honored a local business with a lifetime membership in the organization. Board members late last week presented Lamont Kucer and Andrew Pierson of Foods, Etc. in Clearlake with a Silver Life membership plaque for its record of embracing diversity in its hiring and community practices. Foods Inc. is the only life membership business in the NAACP’s local branch.
