The Lake County Board of Supervisors, sitting as the Lake County Housing Commission unanimously voted to give final financial approva for the Collier Avenue Affordable Housing project. The LakeCountyNews reports the 40 unit project will have half the units set aside for Lake County Behavioral Health clients and another 10 units served by Redwood Coast Regional Center clients and the remaining 10 will be set aside for low income or very low income households. The project must now get final approval from the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
