Clearlake Police are looking for a missing teenage boy. Deshawn Mills, 13, was last seen on Tuesday in the area of Olympic Drive and Emerson Street. He is described as a black male juvenile, 5 feet tall and 128 pounds, brown eyes and black hair that is shaved on the sides and longer on top, sometimes worn in a man bun.
