There is a flood watch for Mendocino and Lake Counties through tomorrow night. In particular, the Russian River near Hopland continues to be affected by the continued rain. The river may reach flood stage tonight and again tomorrow afternoon and overnight. There is also a High Surf Advisory for Coastal Mendocino County through this evening for west-facing beaches. The public is advised to stay off the beaches today. Surfing is not advised.
