A flood watch is in effect through tomorrow night for all of Mendocino County and Southern Lake County. There is also a High Wind warning for all of Mendocino County. 35-45 mph winds gusting up to 75 mph are possible. Power outages are expected. There is a high surf warning for the Mendocino Coastal area, with large breaking waves around 30 feet. The public is advised to avoid the beach, jetties, and docks as powerful waves can sweep a person into the sea unexpectedly.
