A Clearlake woman who was killed in a car crash on Sunday has been identified. Lisa Katherine McCuan was driving northbound on Highway 29 early Sunday morning, when Dan Fallis, also of Clearlake, was driving southbound when his vehicle crossed the center lines and collided head-on with McCuan’s car. McCuan was pronounced dead at the scene. McCuan’s two passengers suffered major to moderate injuries and were hospitalized. The driver of the vehicle that crashed into Lisa Katherine McCuan’s car was also hospitalized with major injuries.
