A Bay area man has been reported missing and could be in the Ukiah area. Angel Fulgado left for work Sunday morning. He was last heard from near Ukiah and then his phone was shut off. Fulgado was driving a blue-gray 2017 Toyota Corolla sedan. Fulgado is 24, 5’4”, 160 pounds, brown hair and eyes with a tattoo on his should and one on his chest. He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, black pants, and black Nike Vapors. Anyone with information should contact the Ukiah Police Department or the Mendocino County Sheriff’s office.
