There’s a flood watch in effect through Saturday morning for the Mendocino Coast and Interior, and Northern Lake County. Anyone living in a flood-prone area should be on alert for future warnings and be ready to take action. Rain will increase the risk of rock and mudslides across roadways. Continued rain from 2 to 4 inches is expected in lower elevations with upwards of 6 inches at higher elevations.
