A Ukiah man is to be sentenced for setting a series of fires in and around Ukiah in 2020. TheDailyJournal reports Alberto Vincent Acosta admitted to two counts of arson in exchange for dismissal of eight other counts after he withdrew his previous insanity plea. Acosta remains in custody and will be back in court on December 8th for sentencing and could face upwards of 20 years in prison.
