An investigation into a hit-and-run accident involving two teenage girls in Ukiah continues. Saturday, officers responded to a report of an SUV running into a parked vehicle that subsequently crashed into a garage. The driver and passenger fled the scene only to be captured later by Ukiah PD. The driver a 13-year-old female and her passenger, a 15-year-old female were detained then the driver was turned over to Juvenile Hall and the passenger was turned over to a parent.
