Lake County has joined Operation Greenlight this year, a nationwide effort dedicated to highlighting veterans and the challenges they face. The LakeCountyNews reports earlier in the week, the County Board of Supervisors voted to have the county courthouse shine green every night from tomorrow through Sunday, a visible statement of support for vets. Lake County has one of the highest veteran populations in the state.
