CalFire has announced that the Boggs Mountain Demonstration State Forest will transition to winter season closures starting today. Camping closes at noon. The closure is due to weather conditions and the possibility of poor road conditions and hazards. The forest will continue to be open for day use from sunrise to sunset. Forest roads are subject to closure at any time, and off-road vehicles and off-road travel are prohibited.
