Growers and supporters of the Mendocino Cannabis Alliance attended the Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday to make use of the public comment portion of the meeting to comment on Cannabis Ad Hoc Committee recommendations they favored and to express concern over a motion that would limit Cannabis Equity Programs funding. The MendocinoVoice reports attendees stressed the importance of the cannabis industry to the area, and stated without that funding, many grow operations might fail.
