Kelseyville School District superintendent Dr. Dave McQueen has announced he’ll retire at the end of the 2022-23 school year. The LakeCountyNews reports McQueen has been superintendent of the district for nearly 14 years, starting work as the vice principal of the high school in 1998. Dr. McQueen says he’s looking forward to retirement. The Kelseyville Unified School District Board of Trustees has begun the search for his replacement, who would start July1, 2023. The board has asked Dr. McQueen to handle all inquiries regarding the position.
