An excessive heat warning continues through at least tomorrow night for the Mendocino interior. Temperatures of up to 109 degrees expected. The City of Ukiah has opened a cooling center at the Civic Center that will remain open throughout the heat emergency. Many public buildings in your area like libraries and senior centers are available as cooling centers.
