A Lake County man has been charged with felony driving under the influence causing bodily injury after he hit a woman walking with her infant child in a stroller in front of the Ukiah fairgrounds. German Dominguez Galindo was driving southbound on North State Street when he struck the victim and her child as they were crossing the street reportedly outside of a crosswalk. The infant was unhurt, the mother was flown to an out-of-county hospital and is reported to be in critical condition. An investigation continues and more charges could be pending related to the condition of the mother.
