At their meeting tomorrow morning, the Lake County Board of Supervisors will consider asking the Governor to choose who replaces former supervisor Tina Scott, who resigned recently. Supervisor Bruno Sabatier will ask the board to appeal a decision by the Lake County Planning Commission to approve the Bottle Rock Farm FJA Trust Cannabis project. Sabatier’s request is due to the commission approving the project despite obvious violations, including a lack of permitting.
