The California Highway Patrol is hosting a recruitment seminar for the northwest coast offices tomorrow from 2 to 6 p.m. at College of the Redwoods in Eureka. The event will be to find new officers and staff for the Ukiah, Clear Lake, Garberville, Humboldt, and Crescent City offices. The open house will showcase the many career opportunities the CHP has to offer. Officers, dispatchers, commercial vehicle inspection specialists, auto technicians, and office staff will be on hand to answer questions. This is a family-friendly event and is open to all ages.
