Forward progress has been stopped on a wildfire in the Ukiah area that began on Sunday. The fire has been burning in the vicinity of South State Street and Oak Knoll Rd and North Court Road, on the south end of Ukiah. On Sunday, the Mendocino County Sheriff’s office had sent out a Nixle alert requesting situational awareness for those in the area. More information can be found at mendoready.org.
