Adventist Health Ukiah Valley will be hosting free Sports Physicals and a Back-to-School Fair for school-age children. The event is Saturday the 23rd from 8 am to 1 pm. Kids needing physicals will be seen in the following order, elementary school students seen from 8-10, middle school seen from 9 to 11, high school seen from 10 to noon, and college students seen from noon to 1. Parental consent will be needed for youth athletes to receive a physical, and forms will be available at the event. School supplies and backpacks will be available on a first-come, first-served basis
