A Clearlake man skateboarding was killed in a hit-and-run accident earlier this week. Adam Huskey was struck by a Chevy Silverado driven by Dillon Alan Mahoney. Monday morning Clearlake PD responded to Emory Avenue south of Mullen Avenue to find Huskey dead at the scene. After an investigation, Mahoney was arrested for vehicular manslaughter and remains in the Lake County Jail on a $150,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned today. This is the second crash involving a pedestrian death in less than a week.
