A Lower Lake woman has gone missing. 67-year-old Pamela Jo Roay left her home on Tish-A-Tang road in Lower Lake on foot Tuesday afternoon. Roay is white, with short gray hair and hazel eyes, 5’6” tall, 340 lbs. She has medical conditions and does not have her medications. The Lake County Sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information to contact them.
