The Lake County Board of Supervisors meets this morning at 9, and on the agenda is a proclamation commending departing Supervisor Tina Scott for her service to the community. The board will also discuss an interim ordinance that will place a pause on the issuance of early activation permits for commercial cannabis as well as a resolution of intention to initiate an amendment to the zoning ordinance relating to early activation. The supervisors will also be asked to approve the continued use of the county juvenile hall facility as a temporary homeless shelter through the end of September.
