The City of Fort Bragg has announced the hiring of a new police chief. Neil Cervenka, following the announcement that interim chief John Naulty is retiring. Cervenka attended the Napa Valley Regional Criminal Justice Training Center police academy and has been with the Turlock Police Department where he has served the last 22 years. His first day on the job will be the 25th of this month.
