The building was retired ten years ago, then was sold several months after it was closed and was owned by the same person for the past 10 years til private investors foreclosed on it. The building has a price tag of $975,000 and would probably require about a million dollars in renovation and upgrading to make it ADA compliant and to make it meet current code.
