A Lakeport man has been arrested in connection with a suspicious device found on the grounds of St. John’s Episcopal Church. Kayden Daniel Collins was arrested yesterday on obstructing/resisting an officer and a felony count of possession of a destructive device. The Napa County bomb squad collected the device and was able to preserve it as evidence. Church was just getting out at the time of the discovery of the device. No injuries were reported, an investigation continues.
