A town hall meeting has been set for 7 pm Thursday in Middletown, to discuss noise issues with a local vineyard. A vineyard operation at the former Diamond D Ranch is using fans throughout the night for frost protection. The fans are very loud and neighbors have complained about the noise. Other items on the agenda include an update on area projects including the new Grocery Outlet and the Greenview restaurant, the cannabis ordinance update, and the Middletown multiuse trail.
