Lawsuit Against Ukiah Police Chief and Mendocino County Gets Trial Date

A domestic abuse lawsuit against the Ukiah Police Chief and Mendocino county will now move into the trial phase. The suit brought by former deputy probation officer Amanda Carley against Chief Noble Waidelich and the county refers to years of alleged domestic abuse and retaliatory actions. The complaint lists 13 charges against Waidelich and the county. A judge has set a trial date of September 26th.
