U.S. Small Business Administration Declares Mendocino County A Disaster Area

Mendocino County has been declared a disaster area by the U.S. Small Business Administration.  This means ag producers in the county can apply to the USDA Farm Service Agency’s Emergency Loan Program, borrowing up to a maximum of $500,000.  Small nonfarm businesses, small ag coops, small aquaculture businesses, and most private nonprofits can apply for low-interest deferral disaster loans from the US Small Business Administration.
