At its meeting tomorrow at 9 am, the Lake County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss a proposed 150-foot cell tower and support equipment in Clearlake Oaks. The commission will then hold a public hearing on a major use permit and category exemption for Ripe Choice Farm, whose owners wish to use their old farmhouse and barn as an event venue. There will also be a hearing on the purchase of county property by the Elijah House Foundation for use as a homeless shelter.
