Monday afternoon, a group of four juveniles and one adult walked into the Ukiah Walmart, pried open a display case, and made off with 13 pairs of Apple Airpods. The suspects then fled the store, with officers combing the surrounding neighborhood for them. Two of the juveniles were located and were found to be runaways from a group home in the Sacramento area. Mendocino County Sheriff’s deputies found two more juveniles in the area of Cleveland Lane and the Ukiah Rail Trail. The adult, Nathan Stiles of Lake County was also apprehended.
