A Ukiah woman killed in a crash on Highway 20 in Mendocino County has been identified. Cleotilde Rodriguez Delgado was identified by the county coroner. Delgado was the only passenger in a Mini Cooper that spun out on the rain-slick roadway and collided with two other vehicles. The man driving the other vehicle had serious injuries and the other driver involved had moderate injuries. CHP investigators don’t think drugs or alcohol were a factor.
