The Lakeport City Council on Tuesday approved the areas in which American Rescue Plan Act money will be spent. Three projects were given priority, roadwork on South Main Street from First Street to Lakeport Boulevard, renovations to the Silveira Community Center, and water and sewer projects, including the South Main Street and Soda Bay Road loop line. The council approved the plan that includes the aforementioned priorities unanimously.
