The Clearlake Planning Commission meets tomorrow at 6p to hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use permit and a corresponding environmental assessment and categorical exemption to develop and operate a gas station with a convenience store that would sell alcohol, house a fast-food restaurant, and a drive-through carwash in the Clearlake Shopping Center at Highway 53 and Dam Road. If approved, the applicant will start construction in September.
