Another candidate for the Middletown Unified School District seat up for special election has declared. Bryan Pullman is a contractor and was one of ten people interviewed in December when the school board filled seats vacated by Thad Owens and LaTrease Walker. Pullman joins school volunteer Charise Reynolds on the ballot.
