Ukiah PD during a traffic stop last week discovered a ghost gun. An item dropped from the vehicle was found to be a 9mm semi-automatic pistol with a high capacity magazine, that had no serial numbers, making it untraceable, thereby a “ghost gun”. The 16-year-old passenger was arrested by UPD, and booked into the Mendocino County Juvenile Detention Center on three weapons-related felonies and four possession-related misdemeanors.
