Yesterday, Mendocino County Sheriff Matt Kendall responded to speculation that the string of deaths of young women whose bodies have been found around the county is the work of a serial killer. Kendall said in an interview on the public channel show ‘TKO’ that there is not a serial killer. The department has done exhaustive investigation into the deaths and the only common thread with the cases is drug use and overdoses.
