Man Sentenced to Life in Prison, 32 Years to Life for Murder, Attempted Murder

After repeated continuances in his case, Jameson Wolfgang Jackson has been sentenced to life without parole, plus an additional 32 years to life for murder in the first degree and attempted murder in the first degree, after shooting and killing a man and shooting a second man with intent to kill. Jackson had also been convicted and sentenced as a juvenile in the robbery and murder of Joan LeFeat, a shop owner from Brooktrails. LeFeat family members were in court Wednesday and asked the court to render Jackson ineligible for parole.
