The Lakeport Planning Commission approved plans for a new affordable senior housing project at their meeting Wednesday night. Community comment was heard on the projected 40 unit complex which is expected to be built on 3.1 acres in the 400 block of Bevins Street, just west of the Bella Vista senior housing complex. It will be the fourth project built by AMG and Associates in the area.
